Membership Pricing & Fees
We currently offer several different membership levels. The best place to see the most current pricing, specials, and memberships available to you is by visiting our website. Click here to view membership plans & pricing.
Here is some additional information about the other fees your membership may include:
Annual Fee
Your annual fee is $49.99 + applicable tax per person and is billed 45 days after the join date and annually thereafter.
Payment Return Fee
If we don’t receive your monthly payment, you’ll have an additional $15 service fee and $9.50 late fee added to your account. You can manage your payments and update billing on the CLUB4 app.
Cancellation Fee
We are sad to see you go so soon, but if canceling you will be billed your last month’s membership on the regular day of the month once your 30-day cancellation notice has been received. You will have access to the facility for 30 days following your last billing date. There are no additional cancellation fees. Our Right of Rescission Policy is available to all new Members who wish to cancel their Membership within a few days of signing up and receive a refund of all monies rendered. All Memberships must be in good standing without a past-due balance. To cancel your membership, you can email c4fcustomercare@abcfitness.com or call customer care at (833)311-0856.
Downgrade Fee
If you are downgrading your Premium+ membership, a downgrade fee of $19.99 will be processed to finalize the change to your membership. If you are downgrading to our Basic membership, a downgrade fee of $49 will be processed to finalize the change to your membership.
Freeze
You may freeze billing on your membership for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 months. Your membership will automatically reactivate after the freeze period. Membership freeze requests must be made 7 days prior to your billing date. To freeze your membership, you can email c4fcustomercare@abcfitness.com or call customer care at (833)311-0856.
Transfer Home Gym
- You may change your home gym if your primary residence changes.
- Premium members have access to all locations.
- Members with multiple CLUB4 locations within a market (10 miles) may change their home club once in the lifecycle of their membership.
- If you need to transfer your home gym, you can reach out to your original gym and request to have your membership transferred.
